Cancellation & Refund Policy — Monthly Readings

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.

• You are covered by the Cancel Anytime Guarantee. 

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not refund payments already processed.

• If you wish to request a refund after a renewal, you must contact us within 3 hours of the payment being taken, as your reading is started very quickly.

• After the 3-hour window, no refunds will be issued for that month’s renewal.

• All cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to our customer support.

• Any chargeback or claim made with your card or payment provider will result in a total ban, and all information submitted by you, and to you, will be provided as evidence.
