No Refunds Policy

All services sold by CosmicMonica are custom digital consulting services delivered via email. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available for any reason once your order has been placed, as processing begins immediately after purchase.

Service Fulfillment

Once your reading has been processed and sent to the email address provided at checkout, the service is considered fully completed and fulfilled, regardless of whether you:

  • Receive or can access the email
  • Agree with or resonate with the content
  • Provided incorrect information during ordering
  • Change your mind about the purchase

Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing accurate contact and order details. If incorrect information is provided (including email address, birth details, or focus questions), and your reading is processed and delivered based on that information, the service remains fully fulfilled and non-refundable.

Re-sending Assistance: If you cannot locate your reading due to email delivery issues, you may contact us for re-sending assistance. This is provided as a courtesy service only and does not constitute grounds for refund or indicate non-fulfillment of the original order.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with reading content or style
  • Perceived non-resonance with the reading
  • Changes of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  • Email delivery issues on customer's end
  • Technical difficulties accessing email
  • Delays in customer providing required information
  • Any other reason not explicitly guaranteed in writing

Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights

European Union: Under EU consumer law, you explicitly waive your 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as digital services begin immediately upon purchase.

Other Jurisdictions: You waive any statutory cancellation, cooling-off, or return rights under consumer protection laws worldwide, including but not limited to UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, Australian Consumer Law provisions, and US state consumer protection statutes.

Payment Disputes

Chargeback Warning: Initiating credit card chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for delivered digital services:

  • Does not discharge your payment obligation
  • May constitute fraud under applicable law
  • Will result in additional fees and legal collection actions
  • May lead to credit reporting and legal proceedings

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Email delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
  • Spam filtering or email provider issues
  • Customer's inability to access email accounts
  • Technical problems on customer's equipment
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Email storage or capacity problems

Quality Commitment

While we maintain high service standards, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • Specific outcomes or predictions
  • Emotional response or personal resonance
  • Timing of predicted events
  • Accuracy of interpretive content

All services are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Customer Support

If you experience technical difficulties locating your delivered reading:

  1. Check all email folders including spam/junk
  2. Search your email for messages from our domain
  3. Verify you're checking the correct email account
  4. Contact us with your order number if still unable to locate

Support Limitations: Customer service assistance does not guarantee email recovery, constitute acknowledgment of non-delivery, or create refund eligibility.

International Policy

This refund policy applies worldwide. Local consumer protection laws requiring refunds for digital services may be waived where legally permissible through these terms.

Legal Enforcement

This policy is incorporated into and governed by our complete Terms of Service. Violation of payment obligations may result in legal action for debt recovery, regardless of any refund requests or payment disputes initiated.
