Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Services Only)

All products sold by CosmicMonica are digital services delivered via email. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery Time

Most readings are delivered within 24 hours, though this may extend during periods of high demand or technical processing requirements.

If your order requires additional information (e.g. questions, date of birth, or focus areas), delivery time depends on how quickly you respond. Failure to provide required information promptly may delay your order but does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.

Delivery Method

All readings and digital files are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customer Responsibility: You must ensure your email address is entered correctly and that you can receive emails at that address. If an incorrect email is submitted and the reading is delivered there, the order is still considered fully fulfilled and completed.

No Responsibility for User Errors: CosmicMonica is not responsible for non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect email addresses provided by customer
  • Email filtering or spam folder issues
  • Full mailboxes or inactive email accounts
  • Email service provider problems on customer's end
  • Technical issues with customer's email access

Missing or Delayed Delivery

If you haven't received your order within the stated time frame:

  • Check your spam/junk folder first
  • Check all email folders and search for emails from our domain
  • Ensure your email account is active and has sufficient storage
  • Contact us if still missing, and we may assist in locating or resending your reading

Important: A missing email does not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, or cancellation if the reading has already been processed and sent. Re-sending assistance is provided as a courtesy service only.

Service Fulfillment

Orders are considered fully completed and delivered when sent to the email address provided during checkout, regardless of whether you:

  • Actually receive the email
  • Read or access the content
  • Can locate the email in your inbox
  • Have technical difficulties accessing your email
  • Provided an incorrect email address

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing typically begins immediately after purchase.

No Refunds Policy: Refunds are not available for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Email delivery issues on customer's end
  • Perceived non-resonance with the reading content
  • Changes of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Delays caused by missing customer input or late responses
  • Technical issues accessing email on customer's end
  • Dissatisfaction with content or style

Chargeback Warning: Initiating payment disputes for delivered digital services may result in additional fees, legal action, and debt collection proceedings as outlined in our Terms of Service.

International Delivery

Our digital services are delivered worldwide via email. Delivery times and methods are the same regardless of your location.

Customer Support

For delivery inquiries, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will verify delivery status and may provide re-sending assistance at our discretion.

Support does not guarantee:

  • Recovery of lost emails due to customer error
  • Re-delivery if original delivery was successful
  • Refunds for delivery-related issues
  • Compensation for any inconvenience
